Sign Up To Our Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, which is administered through Mailchimp, we will store some of your information, including your email address, IP address and certain information about the links you click within the emails we send you, on a Mailchimp server. CIB Online security system
When you book with us we require a reservation fee. The payment of the fee is done through CIB – Commercial International Bank of Egypt. Personal Data you give us about others
If you give us information or make a reservation on behalf of someone else. Please, only provide us with information about other person if you have their permission to do so. It’s your responsibility to ensure that the other person is aware that you have done so and that they accepted our terms and conditions and the use according to this privacy policy.

Any information we collect from you will only be kept for as long as the law requires us to after which it will be destroyed.
Who Has Access To Your Information?

We will only share your information with companies if necessary to deliver services on our behalf. These service providers are limited to bluehost to host our website; CIB bank to facilitate transactions, Mailchimp to administer our newsletter service and PADI for diving related activities.

Google Map – On our contact page we have an embedded map provided by Google. A cookie is used to store the currently viewed area and its points of interest. No personal information is taken or stored on our system by this application.
Google Web Fonts – For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts to display texts and fonts correctly.
ReCaptcha V3 – Shams Hotel and Dive Centre website uses reCaptcha v3 on the contact forms to validate inputs are not passed by bots.
