• The hotel is only bound by the reservation when it has being confirmed by word of mouth or in writing (by email)
• Therefore, contact us prior any payment to confirm vacancies and agree in the reservation fee / deposit amount.
• The hotel has the right to set different rules, a reservation fee or a credit card confirmation as a condition for the reservation
• We accept the following methods of payment: Visa Card, Master Card, Maestro Card and American Express.
• By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s standard rules and regulations of stay.
